Dirtendo ('02) is a live video mixer disguised as a Nintendo game station. Two players use the Nintendo controllers to select video images and effects. The idea was to build a video performance tool that relied on the notion of gaming and competition. A BX24 chip reads the user input from the NES controller, and sends the data to a Director program running on a laptop. In collaboration with Scott Fitzgerald.
